That is some terrific workmanship, and the paintjob is immaculate! The amount of detail is pretty cool as well.
Thanks. I love building these vessels and getting as much detail as possible. It is also good therapy for my condition.

I ave an entire PLAN CSG and the makings of an ARG. The same for the US, the UK, JMSDF, Russia, France, etc.

That's quite a sizeable collection. The USS Texas writeup is an interesting read!

Do I understand the pictures correctly that the ship has 24 VLS cells arranged in 2 rows of 2 by 6 modules ?
That is not a true model of the 167 after it's refit, it Is one where Jeff made from the original design and with spares from his other model kit, cobble up together to come as close as he can to look like the upgraded version. All indicators point to a 32 cell VLS as on the 054A.

The actual vessel has 32 cells.

As soon as I find additional cells, I will fix that portion, including cutting away that portion of the deck so that there will be 32 cells like the Type 054A on the main deck..

I had to kind of throw together what I had at the moment.

When it is fixed, I will update the thread...these pics, and my own page.
