Yeap, the first version of JiangWei.
The point Savoer is trying to bring though is that China is now upgrading the JiangWei 1s, hopefully into JiangWei 2s. (Notice the bamboo racks at the masts.)
JiangWei2s are decent, no need to scrap them. These old ones can be upgraded to the 2s. Plus, we've only seen 2 JiangKais (OK, now I am thinking of Jian Kai Shek....), and the speculated VLS version remains a speculation at this point.
It is the old, old, ooooold JiangHus that they really need to scrap.(The upgraded JiangHus can act as patrol still.)
