I think that first pic of the 51C is not new... the second one is
That's a JL-1.. JL-2 would have a bigger nose and would be bigger overall because it'll carry MIRV and have greater range
...

There is another one with this, just the enlargement of the bottom part. I guess with a clearer view of the two 051Cs. It looks like they are finally both ready for action!

As per my other post, it's either a dredger or maybe a crane on a barge. There are no military implications.
