Not completely certain of the Chinese abbreviations, but it looks like to be the completion ceremony for the military discipline training for the new freshmen of the Shanghai Movie/opera/performing art college (not sure of the translation...). One thing that I am sure is that this has nothing to do with the actual military...

but the site is so cool. Is this the one in Wuhan??? Is this a site for actual CV training, or some kind of theme park???
Pretty sure it's a theme park, its definitely not the PLAN's training facility since there are old MIG 19s/J-6s that I'm fairly certain aren't in active service right now.

That is a CVN Theme park...not an actual military site.

When they built that some years ago, some folks in the west first got excited about it, then thought they were building a land locked carrier and made fun of it.

But it was never meant to be a carrier, or even a military training area at all...just a theme park.
