PLA - Type 99 Webbing Gear Pack Sets

Nihao everyone my name is Koushiro and i have a problem
i recieved the PLA - Type 99 Webbing Gear Pack Sets
and i'm having a problem making it look right.
the set came together but the front ammo pouches don't hang
right does anyone know how to get this thing looking the right way.
i love the way it looks in the picture but i can't seem to get it right.

cant help you there sorry, we are using tac vests here in Canada, dont have to put the stuff together
