That's a QBZ-95 with upper body mod that extend all the way to the front iron sight, think we've seen that a few years back...or in the case of this thread, several pages back.

Also, you can see a few wore the FAST helmet

Calling it "Famas" Style is In my opinion a Disservice. The stock Famas Carry handle was devised in the 1970's It's a Polymer structure that has a U shaped profile that sits between the Iron sights acting as a cover for them. The Irons are in fact steel structures that are attacked to a tubular structure that sits around the free floating barrel.
FAMAS-F1.jpg
The Famas handle lacks any kind of Rails on it's own. It does however have some screw holes meant for mounting a nightvision scope. In this way I feel it's more accurate to say the Stock QBZ95 and QBZ95-1 series are infact using a "Famas Style carry handle" Using these screw holes a rail system has been retrofitted into the handle simmilar to how some Early reflex scopes were used on the CAR 15.This style of retrofit however precludes use of the Famas Iron sights as it blocks them ares-normal-bw-ok.png

When the French began work on the FELIN Soldier system they created a modification kit meant to allow for use the the large Electro optics kit this is the Famas felin version which has seen limited use.

However the French army seem dissatisfied with this set up.
Now lets look at the QBZ 95 Railed carry handle [Thanks to AZaz09dude, for the picture.]

This set up seems closer to the Felin then the stock Famas. It places the Rail between the Front and Rear posts.

I have heard rumours before about some sort of QBZ-95-2 being the name of this rifle mmodification, though to me it sounds a bit abrusd with any evidence.

Never seen JS9s in action, only pictures. Towards the end of the video.

I have seen it in action before, just not as "pimped out" as it is in that video

This was 3 years back, and my first glance at the JS2, with some sort of red dot sight.

It seems like Shanghai SWAT really have taken a liking for this SMG, as your video is also Shanghai SWAT.

No, that's an aftermarket mod if I remember correctly. "Officially" the "new" iteration is the one they bring to international competitions recently - QBB-95-1 in assault rifle format (w/o the bipod) and with an unknown model of ACOG-ish optics.

Just keep in mind that because the outfit is a police SWAT formation, so they've the freedom in adopting aftermarket mods and stuff, as long as they got the budget for it.

Here's a slightly closer one:

Now that you mention it,it does look like a QBZ03.

Then again their's also this GIF, and it seems like those two other guns have a much longer barrel. Without slowing it down the GIF, I would have mistaken them for a FN FAL. However I'm positive their not, but I don't think the two shots are off the same rifle.
