There is indeed an picatinny adapter for QBZ95, called RS 97 IIRC. Though I still have reservation of using it for optics. Since I've never use one of these adapter I'm asking loud out. Would it affects accuracy or requires more frequently re-calibration caused by adding one more connection part between scope and gun (have more connection points between parts for them to stray around)?

If the frame (mod kit) is secure enough, then the next question is the optics - mil-spec optics should be fine.

As for the "RS 97" - that's a airsoft (AEG) model gun manufactured quite some time back, and it could be accessorised with a picatinny adapter for scope mount, nevertheless it'd still make the sightline too high.

In my opinion, get rid of that handle and relocate the charging handle, either to give it a full length picatinny rail / keymod (this one may be better, open source, no IP issue to worry about) with standard issue optics, or integrated low-zoom optics like the AUG does. If you go with bullpup design, distance between front and rear iron sights is a problem that has no work-around, that's why the universal solution is to go standard optics.

Wow!! I mean Wow that looks like a modern western offering even the color. The barrel seems to indicate a Browning based action. The accessory rail looks like the modern M1913 compatible. Even the sights look like like those on modern western models to. And then look at the tan pistols note the black on tan of the strap of the pistol grip, that seems indicative of a modular pistol grip allowing the user to change the size of the grip to suit their individual hands. This is a very modern design it reminds me of the Sphinx pistol line. I am curious as to a polymer or alloy frame and if they intend for export or adoption as well as calibre options.

Barring actual finishing and 3rd-party live-test results, it goes to prove that Chinese manufacturers can produce designs that's "on-par" with those Western manufactuers, unlike those outdated designs because the Chinese MoD still insist upon.

Agreed on, although the PLA high command seems intent on trying to be unique And I am sure some till try and argue the lack of need.. It shows the Conservatism of the PLA command.
Both these pistols bear 9x19mm as their Chambering, 9x19mm Parabellum is basically the world standard anywhere on earth rounds and pistols and SMG's in this chambering. Even the Russians have adopted and modified this calibre. For Exporting it's perfect. same for M1913 Rails If you look hard enough from Siberia to Sahara Alaska to Antarctica accessories can be found.
. yet rather than adopting already known quantities the PLA decided to cook up a Universal cartridge set based on the 5.8mm, and rather then try and leap up to the optics revolution they keep Irons.

Since my original post I have been thinking about it and the more I do so the more It seems this is a Export only design. features wise very modern not per se Cutting edge but certainly at par, a Number of newer models feature things like Suppressor threading, Compact optic mounting points for small red dot sights .

The biggest demerit in this case is the cocking handle - specifically, the difficulty to access it. Other than that, almost every other aspects are heading towards the right direction.

The charging handles looks like it has a dock onto which an extension that protrudes to the side could be added. Or, the operator could simply use one or two fingers.

The flat-top Type 95 variant is allegedly designated "ACP95":

looks like they changed the irons to, and the openings at the side look different.

Not as easy if the rail is used. Adding mounts mean that the rail will be extended out this has caused issues in the past with wrapping knuckles.
