Can someone translate what was written on the plaques? Are these new handguns or just training models?

Thanks!

Yeah, whoever operates the 18.4 mm double-barreled pistol is going to develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Video of PLA machine gun teams training with the QJZ-89 HMG, you don't see many of these videos around. Got to hand it to the Chinese for making a .50 cal MG that does not weigh a ton.
While I am pretty sure that the Type 67 GPMG is still in service, there is no videos showing troops training with them. Which seems to suggest that it is being slowly pulled out of active service. That is kind of disconcerting for the PLA, the Type 88 while an okay design, simply does not have the stopping power and range that an intermediate caliber MG posses and while the QJZ-89 is the lightest HMG that I know off, it is still no PKM/M240 weight class.
Hopefully I am wrong and the Type 67 is still in widespread service, or the PLA had finally decided to adopt the Type 80. Otherwise, PLA squads may one day find themselves somewhat short handed in a fire fight.

Second part of the training. All of that just for a few minutes of shooting, honestly I was somewhat disappointed. Was expecting to see them shooting at least a full clip on full auto.
