No, that Brazil's IMBEL IA2 CQC. Picture probably taken during one of those joint training in Brazil.
One of the crew tending those two don't look like Chinese but more akin to Cambodian or Laotian.
I think it is Cambodia. It is a known tourist spot for shooting rpg's and heavy machine guns. Plenty of Youtube videos about it. Popular with the Aussies it seems.

I'm pretty sure these are IMBEL IA2s from Brazil and this is a picture of some Sino-Brazil transfer-thing which took place 1 or 2 years back where some PLA SOF were sent to Brazil for training.
