I take it that you are not familiar with Soviet rail-mobile missiles such as RT-23 UTTKh? Using trains as platforms since RT-21 which began in the 60s. In fact, there are recent photos which suggests China had been using them for some time, too, see:

The firs naval sam (on loading prosess) migth be the first pic i have of the Grizzly in chinese service...im not sure, A comparision pic should be welcome now...

Yeah remember those crazy days??? And as usually i'm right untill proven to be wrong If these pics would have been seen then, ofcourse my obinion would have changed....But i think the issue is somewhat overtalked, no need to driftle back to it?
