ahh .. what I meant comparing to original TOR purchased by China
yeapp, the latest TOR looks pretty good as well

The Chinese HQ-17 is basically Tor-M2 standard, but on the Tor-M1 tracked chassis.
I have a plea of a sort... Does anyone have those images that circulated around during one of past Zhuhai shows. One showed showed various chinese SAM ssytems like HQ7, KS1, HQ9 and such, and showed their ranges versus certain types of targets. I think HQ7 also targeted helicopters or something like that...
The other image was similar, but with only HQ9 ranges. Versus helicopter, BM, cruise missile, jet aircraft. And then on the side of it was a small table with numerical tada, where it actually said something like "verus helicopter 14 km, versus BM 25 km, versus jet aircraft 125 km" and so on...
Googling doesn't help me so if anyone can provide those images here, that'd be great...
