Thanks a lot Sir!
A couple of days ago I found a camouflaged HQ-9 site in Turkmenistan 38.041950° 58.343523°. At least I think it is one.
The launchers are either hidden in a small underground shelter or covered with a tarpaulin

just to the south of it there are two Radars which I could not identify.
One looks like a huge Russian Nebo system: The other one is unknown to me. One needs to use the google history layer in order to catch the best picture (regarding the shadow).

If it is HQ-9 this should be Chinese Type Radar systems.
Any thoughts about are welcomed

A new possible surface-to-air or anti-missile system has been spotted in China. Unfortunately I could not upload the original image since it was too large.

I've done some quick reviewing and I can vouch that the vehicle & tubes do not match those of the HQ-9, HQ-22, S-300, S-400, or any other potential PLA system. It is possible, although at this point merely my speculation, that this is the much-awaited HQ-19 or HQ-20 missile system. We will have to see.

So, as per my post in the Zhuhai Airshow Land Systems thread, this turned out to be the HQ-8 long-range anti-radiation (read: anti-AWACS) surface-to-air missile with an alleged range of 400 km (as per Henri K.).

If the export version is 400 km, I wonder what the values for domestice version is...

I wasn't aware that SAMs were also subject to the MTCR's 300 km range limit. Are they?

EDIT: apparently this is just another ballistic missile. Would explain the 10 m accuracy.
