Haiti celebrating the assassination of the country's founder? I know he was a tyrant but why celebrate?

This video of the Antares failure on the 28th was shot from the crowd of onlookers, 1.5 miles away. It is breathtaking and the concussion at that distance from the explosion when it crashed to earth was huge.

The aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) transits the Gulf of Aden. The George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group is returning to Naval Station Norfolk after supporting maritime security operations, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.

    Had to share it here.

Does anyone know what is this strange PLA amphibious vehicle? It was in an incident a few days before the new year.
