Israel's fourth Dolphin-class submarine, INS Tanin , arrived at the Haifa naval base on 23 September, completing an acquisition that has been hailed as a significant boost to the Israel Defense Forces' (IDF's) long-range operational capabilities.

Manufactured by Germany's ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS), Tanin is the first of the Israeli Navy's three new Dolphin vessels with an air-independent propulsion (AIP) system. The fifth submarine, INS Rahav , is due to arrive in Israel in March or April 2015; the sixth within six years.

Tanin 's AIP system allows it to remain submerged for far longer than the three older Dolphin-class vessels, providing it with better ability to operate covertly off the coasts of hostile countries, navy sources said.

Iranian defense minister on Thursday unveiled two new military equipment, including a rocket launcher system and a tactical all-terrain vehicle.

Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan said the new launcher system is used to fire the Falaq rockets and is a useful weapon for the ground battles.

Falaq launcher which is capable of opening heavy fire on the targets enjoys high maneuverability. It can also be stationed rapidly and has good mobility for difficult terrains, the minister explained.

When equipped with the Falaq 1 and 2 rockets, the new launcher system can hit the targets within a range of 10 kilometers, he added.

Thanks to the high destructive power of the Falaq rocket’s warhead, the proper area that its shrapnel covers and the tactical features of the rocket launcher, Iranian forces will have the power to fight the ground battles proportional to the threats, Dehqan explained.

He made the comments in a special ceremony to unveil the homegrown products.

The other new achievement unveiled in the ceremony was a tactical heavy vehicle, dubbed Zafar, which Dehqan said has 4 separate drive axles.

Zafar has also two steerable axles. It is equipped with anti-modern war systems, has an operational range of 800 kilometers and can carry loads up to 24 tons and pass steep slopes, deep waters and stair-like obstacles.

The vehicle can carry various types of launchers, missiles, radars, rockets and command posts, the minister added

In recent years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has made great achievements in its defense sector and has attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems.

Tehran has repeatedly assured other nations that its military might poses no threat to other countries, saying that the Islamic Republic’s defense doctrine is entirely based on deterrence.

A scavenged scan eagle, looks like it was already trashed before the Iranians got it. Probably crashed in Iraq or Afghanistan. A Iranian recovery team could have then slipped across the boarder and smuggled it out. Or some locals either militants or civilians picked it up saw the markings and had heard there were some people looking for just this kinda thing. They then made contact and got themselves a new car or something with the bounty. Scan Eagle is subsonic short range and unarmed. They are usually used for simple recon missions. As you can see in the Iranian intelligence photos, its launched off a simple catapult system. Its not very stealthy or all that impressive really.
You can also see the Iranians were looking for the Israeli made Hermes drone again not a top of the line super drone. I think last month the Iranians claim they shot a "Israeli Stealth drone" down over there nuclear weapons plant. The drone in question turned out to be a Hermes or at least a very good approximate.
The Iranians have cloned scan eagle there version the Yassir? Is in service and has found its way to Hezbollah as well.
