Can someone clarify, how many fighters are there in one 机团?

Looks like 24 to 30?
不计训练基地，空军现有51个战斗机团，其中：
10个 27/11/30
1个以上 J10
1个 JH7A
6个 J8B/D/F/H 2个 J8A/E
8个 J7E 2个 J7G
17个 J7B/H 2个 J7C/D
2个 J6

thats from the article posted at the begining, idk bout u guys but i find that a load of BS.

That certainly is BS. The minimum cost of FC-1/JF-17 Thunder is $15Million. J-10 being more advanced may fall around $25M to $30M atleast,with or with out Russian engine.

Even the engine cost may be more than $1Million.

No way.
Don't trust the Hong Kong media on the military. I have seen grave mistakes, including the snow leopard, mix up of Bear and Backfire....
