The KPA infantry is said to be well trained, but since North Korea lacks fuel, their tanks crew is likely to be weak (lack of petrol to waste for training)and the tanks are going to be used only if it is fully necessary.
As for the M-2002, I doubt they have the supply line to mass produce them, if it's complete.

Now, anyone think this is the T-90 rumoured to have been sold to N Korea? (Which M-2002 is based of supposively)

No I mean SA-4 Ganef. Ill find the video from where I saw it. Btw FAS , globalsecurity and many others confirms DPRK has it.

Btw if you check out all those north korean music videos you can get great shots of their technology including IL-28 , SU-25 , MIG-29 , MIG-23/27 and many others.

Nice video.

What tank is that at 0:48, anyone guess?
The artillery piece that comes after and at 1:16, anyone think the chassis is indigenous? 130mm gun? Looks pretty clean.

its a light tank hence the designation M1985 a.k.a PT-85. Has an 85mm gun and is mounted on VTT-323 (north korean modification of the YW-531).

As for the artillery piece its mounted on a modified ATS-59 chassis.

A new test launch facility is under construction in an advanced stage in NK:

Ready for launch? North Korea's new missile facility

Located on the west coast of North Korea, several kilometres southwest of the village of Tongch'ang-dong, a base has been under construction for the past eight years and will be capable of launching both the Taepodong 2 ballistic missile and the Taepodong 2 space launch vehicle. The facility also has a rocket engine test stand, which is capable of supporting test firings of all known North Korean rocket motors.

And it also seems they already use this site for missile engine tests:

Report: N. Korea Tests Engine at New Missile Site

SEOUL - North Korea has carried out an engine ignition test for a missile believed to be capable of reaching the U.S. west coast, a South Korean newspaper said Sept. 16.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the NKoreans may have just a little bit of help from the Chinese regarding their ballistic missile/Space vehicle program.

Regarding the (potential) conflict between North and South Korea, Seoul is within conventional cannon range from the border and beyond. Not to mention NKorea's overwhelming numerical adavantage regarding Tanks, AAA, Aircraft, men and missiles.

I mean, sure NKorea has no real leadership to speak of whether it be militarily or Governmentaly, and sure all of their nemerical advantage means nothing if they have no competent soldiers, pilots, seamen and women or officers to lead them. But their numerical advantage and supposed Nuclear capability has to mean something right?

Come on folks, let's be honest. NKorea's supposed detonation of a "Nuclear Device" didn't even go as planned, and from alot of talk at the time they said that they didn't even get the basic Fission Reaction right. It was basically a radiolocal bomb. I'm not trying to bash any country here, but as I said let's be honest.

Even if, somehow, NKorea were able to launch a coordinated military strike on the South, they would more than likely be beaten back by a more sophisticated, better trained, better equipped and more determined South Korean force who has been waiting for such an event ever since the supposed "Peace Treaty" that was never signed BTW. And would more than likely be backed by the U.S. and or NATO.

But then again this is all hypothetical, and is going a little :eek:ff

As I said I'm not trying to bash any country or start a flame war.

China wouldn't bother giving North Korea any ballistic technology of note, considering that the 39th GA was moved to the border after that little test two years back.
