A famous site of colored line drawinings of various existing and never were warships have now updated its chinese section with two new drawings of 051B Luhai and somewhat alternative "what if" version of the same ship.:china:

(naturally I will be expecting compliments and praises over my art work:D )

Ahem..Nice drawings golly!:)

What sort of program do you use to draw those ships? I have drawing programs but I sure don't know how to use them.:( Oh well.

How about drawing a "what if" ship of any type from your own design.??

well I use simple MS Paint. Martin Conrads, who have drawn most of the pictures in shipbucket uses Photo shop pro, but paint will do just well. The idea is to scale a linedrawing to 2 feet/pixel size and draw everything atop of it.

If you browse hard enough, You will find a one russian what if destroyer as well as finnish minelayer of my drawing also.

Basicly, tough some small parts are taken from the other chinese ships already drawn by Mconrads, there is sort of "bank" for radars, weapons, aircrafts and stuff. But with the Luhai, I had to draw myself all radars and weapons except HQ-7 and its fire controll radar and the Type 362 airseacrh.

I'm now focusing on russian ships but I will return to chinese vessels soon.
