There is a WSO and he would br at the back seat. Fighter bombers don't have dual flight controls
Probably have at least rudimentary flight controls in the back in case the pilot is incapacitated.

I got a few basic questions. What are those bands just below their knees?
Their boots have a lot holes. Is that intentional or simply a fashion thing?
Looks like a strap retainer?
Maybe for ejection seat's leg-securing pull to avoid hitting the legs on the avionics. Could also be part of the g-suit, limiting blood flow to the legs.
Edit: On second thought, probably not part of the g-suit since they use inflatable cushions to restrict blood flow as opposed to discrete straps.
