I don't understand what's alleged to be new on these images. All the parts look the same as they have on regular jh-7.
What IS very significant is that image of PLAN (not PLAAF!) jh-7 carrying both a LGB and a targeting pod. So PLAN's planes and its pilots may be capable of regular bombing missions. If only there'd be an image of PLAAF's jh-7 carrying an anti ship missile.

What is significatly new is the changes to the vertical stabliizer, the white colour edging which may indicate some sort of radar absorbing material and the nose cone, going by the colour it may house an AESA just like the J10B, can't see if it has a pitot tube. I don't believe these are MLU JH7A, maybe new builts.
