"-- underestimate the relations --" I wouldn't consider it any deeper than an ordinary mutualistic relationship -- it develops as long as it is beneficial for the said nations.

Well that's quite normal, isn't it? JDAM is NOT a gliding and/or standoff munition. You should compare it with AGM-154 JSOW (Joint Standoff Weapon) instead, which has a maximum range of around 130 km without propulsion. Even Turkey has something on par with JSOW with a range over 110 km.

Hi,

What are you moaning about---if I may ask---? What is your issue---? Is it some personal grudge---are their weapons from your nation that have been neutered---?

The only way a block I or II Thunder could make use of the PL-15 is if it was being guided by an AWACS... There is no way the PAF and China integrated this missile into our AWACS platforms this fast. It doesn't make any s

Highly unlikely. This is why this news never made sense. It would've required AWACS integration and there's no way the PAF did that already.

Hi,

Don't "assume"---.

Actually the timeline has slipped many times

First it was end of 2017 then 2018 and now 2019 and now end of 2019 so we can’t trust these timelines

The recent incident has brought a new urgency to the project hence I remain optimistic

Hi,

The delay is not because of funds or or design---but due to some emerging new technologies that the Paf wants in that aircraft---...

BLK1 & 2 were a must necessity---their presence has provided stability to the Paf's capabilities---so the BLK 3 is not a rush rush project anymore---.

Assumptions are fine as long as reasoning is provided. Crackpot reports based on unreliable sources; however, are not.
Will visit LIMA next week, and hope to catch up with JF-17 team. Will ask about BLK 3 upgrades and recent cruise missile test - about which there doesn't seem to be a lot of detail. Any burning, burning questions?

Hi,

This is war---. I don't know how old you were during the 1st gulf war---.

I was working in Torrance california---day 3 of invasion---I pick up the L A Times in the morning at work---headline news---60000 to 100000 iraqi troops buried in their trenches by american bulldozers referencing their reporter in reference to a general making that quote---.

The news then disappears for decade---then it reappeared decade later---in many a books---the number was close more like 40-60000 troops buried when american minesweepers moved in and buried the iraqis in their trenches---.

Militaries don't run wars by informing the public what they do

I kindly ask that you mind your language... I didn't include anything about my nationality, are you being delusional? I corrected a 101 level mistake there, mind you. Then added that there is nothing specifically special about developing a GPS guided glider bomb as there are numerous examples with better characteristics. If you're having an issue about said gliding munition being inferior in reality to JSOW, blame the other guy for that obvious mistake.

Don't know why did you include the relationship part -- that's the nature of international relations. There is nothing about emotional in that regard, nothing to over exaggerate..

Oh dude, I have a bunch of "burning questions" for you actually, lol:
  1. What's the engine? RD93 or WS-13E?
  2. Any changes to the airframe, and if yes, what are they? (e.g. has the wingspan increased?)
  3. Which radar did they pick? (ask them the company, we know its an AESA)
  4. Has the total weight been decreased?
  5. Has the internal fuel capacity increased?
Thanks

.... what the hell does this have to do with anything? I don't think you understand the core concept here...

If you have anything to actually back up that original facebook claim, please provide it. If not, then please stop wasting my time.
