If it has wings and that range it's not JDAM but a rough equivalent to JSOW.
IMO not only unlikely but simply unrealistic. All reliable news we know hint to a maiden flight not before late 2019, some say November.

Actually the timeline has slipped many times
First it was end of 2017 then 2018 and now 2019 and now end of 2019 so we can’t trust these timelines
The recent incident has brought a new urgency to the project hence I remain optimistic
Should be in August.
"-- underestimate the relations --" I wouldn't consider it any deeper than an ordinary mutualistic relationship -- it develops as long as it is beneficial for the said nations.
Well that's quite normal, isn't it? JDAM is NOT a gliding and/or standoff munition. You should compare it with AGM-154 JSOW (Joint Standoff Weapon) instead, which has a maximum range of around 130 km without propulsion. Even Turkey has something on par with JSOW with a range over 110 km.

Hi,
In 1985---I am going to school at Weber state in Ogden Ut---before the summer break---there is a festival at the college--also a military Cobra gunship helicopter also arrives as a display piece---.
Talking to the pilot---who was a major---he stated that pak military had received more advanced Cobra gunships than what was with the US army---.
Why---because they were the test bed for action in the region---.
Why would pak military receive the most modern weapon in Plaaf inventory---because Paf is in the actual combat testing phase of weapons---.
Where would china find a hot zone to test its leading weapon---.
Those asking for proof are just whining---. It's war---. The US military never disclosed how many aircraft it lost in the first or 2nd gulf war---.
Now---as for proof of indian SU30 and M2K being shot down---. It is in PM Modi's speech---where he is heard lamenting---if they had the Rafale---it would not have happened---basically stating that the SU30 and the M2K's failed---.
If someone can post that speech here please---.
This is war---the claims of those who won will be honored---those who lost can say whatever they want---.
