  报道援引俄军工企业两名消息人士的话说,俄罗斯向中国出口100台用于装备“枭龙”的RD-93航空发动机的新协议未能签署。按照其中一位消息人士的说法,实际上是波戈相冻结了这个新协议,他致函给俄联邦军事技术合作局和俄罗斯国防出口公司,提出了“枭龙”是米格-29在国际市场上的竞争者问题。波戈相本人也对《生意人报》说:“我不反对部分技术的再出口,但前提是要与这些技术的最终生产商进行协商,不让再出口给他们造成损失。”

  报道称,莫斯科机械制造企业是2005年签署的价值2。38亿美元的俄向中国出口100台RD-93发动机合同的执行者。当时还签署了一份俄向中国提供500台该发动机的框架协议,而中国方面表示,如果发动机得到现代化改进,采购数量将增加到1000台。在这种情况下,合同金额将达37。5亿美元。2009年年底传出消息说,100台RD-93发动机采购协议将在今年5月签署。

  报道称,俄军工企业一位消息人士证实,“枭龙”和米格-29在埃及市场发生冲突,尽管其性能不如米格-29,但却具有1000万美元对3500万美元的价格优势。他说,俄目前正与埃及进行谈判,希望能够赢得该国采购大批战机的合同——今年4月,俄国防出口公司副总经理亚历山大·米赫耶夫访问埃及,讨论了32架战机合同的可能性问题。与此同是,埃及也开始同“枭龙”战机生产商谈判。《简氏防务周刊》认为,今年3月埃及政府开始与巴基斯坦谈判,希望与之联合生产这种中国战机。根据《简氏防务周刊》的掌握的资料,埃及还希望为本国空军采购这种战机。

  不过,俄国防出口公司代表对《生意人报》解释说,向中国提供航空发地动机是在现有政府间军事技术合作框架下进行的,而“发动机的再出口符合俄罗斯政府的决定”。俄国防出口公司新闻处强调,不存在与最终产品生产者就类似合同进行协商的程序。俄联邦军事技术合作局2007年11月已经准许RD-93航空发动机作为“枭龙”战机配件向埃及出口。此外,这种发动机还可以提供给尼日利亚、孟加拉、沙特阿拉伯和阿尔及尔等国。

Where does it say that the WS-13 is 5 years away? I've read the article twice and I don't see it. I was under the impression that the WS-13 has already started serial production and in fact a taxi run on a FC-1 was already completed. Usually an engine is certified and pretty much good to go before they're tested on an actual plane.

Hi,

I beleive that the chinese certify their aircraft engines different than what the europeans and americans do.

I think that in china, it is at first factory certified and then on it gets flight certified while it is already in service---please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
