it looks like a movie scene to me
Chicks fly F-22's and F-35's, in fact the F-22 and the F-35 are likely two of the easiest fighters to fly when it comes to pushing them around the patch, so I would imagine the J-20 would be in the same league, there's of course still the matter of energy management, but the airplanes themselves are actually "very Ladylike", sweet girls, that try to help you out.....
It's from an avic video. I can't find a copy of it online now. Unsure how much of the clips were clips of actual useful tests or training or anything and how many were glamour/PR shots
Maybe they are trying to leave the option open for women by showcasing female J-20 pilots.
And these Chinese airpower videos all tend to look like movies, including music. J-20 videos at Zhuhai were pretty bombastic.
I thought the air displays at Zhuhai were simply outstanding!
