With this "new" photo, it's important to note whether this is merely a photo taken in the past that has just been released now vs a photo taken recently that has been released now.
 
I think I've seen the video clips before. That looks like a 90 degree turn from 0:58 to 1:00.

Regarding videos, if they're unmodified, we can get lower limits for aircraft performance. It's somewhat difficult since fuel levels and performance at altitude varies, but for instance, there's a video out there with the F-35 showing a 30 deg/sec instantaneous turn at near sea-level. If the Herbst maneuver isn't sped up, we now know the J-20 is capable of 45 degree / second instantaneous turns at low altitude.

I liked it cause people can't accuse the CSIS of being a "fan boy" site. And the bashing is kept to a minimum.
