Yep its alright to report/make up all kinds of nonsense about the F-22/F-35, but T-50 or J-20 production or lack there of??? and you are a hater??? come on Equation, defend your airplane and its production numbers?? (I never said they were maxed out at 4, though they may be?), but don't label those who aren't "true believers" as naysayers, haters.

LOL...you are NOT one of them Brat! I was talking about others out there making up speculation and spin it to be China "lack of" as a legit argument.:D

I am so confused about the argument here. When the time comes, J-20 production rate will be ramped up to what the industry can support and what the government could afford. We will find out what this is. Until then, all this so called sources are just possible hints. Believe me, I was engaged in a lot of this stuff when J-10 project first started and it all turned to be a complete waste of my time.

That's exactly my point. Take the F-35 production for example started out low and now look at it today, it's being produced at a much higher than before. Sigh....we will always get these negative Nancies yammering about how so and so this is doing bad due low rate production and so forth. What's worse is that some of them get's paid to write such printed article.

Lockheed martin has a commercial; using laser to defeat J20's A2A missile. Now how valid is that?

IMO there are three pillars to the F-35 air dominance metrics and laser is the remaining missing piece. In the US offset strategy, this is a key development initiative. Stealth is to outdistance in detection exchange. Sensor fusion is to dominate in locate, track and target exchange. Laser is the remaining piece as insurance to gain favourable BVR air to air exchange.
