Jeff probably just meant the J15s we've seen on photos. Obviously there could be few more of them not seen before.
May end up being that way...it's just to date that we know of fifteen.
PS: I just checked a few older images and they all have "00xx" serials if a serial is visible at all. So this could be indeed the first second serial block - aka Block 01 following Block 00 - as Huitong has reported.

The early aircraft carry a three digit serial number, this one has four digits. That should mean something.
I think Deino is saying that the J-15S in that post is merely an old photo of the J-15S prototype. He isn't saying 0101 is an old aircraft.
Yes, I think I should take more time to read and even more to write my posts understandable:
- the J-15 '0101' is a new image of a new bird ... IMO the first block 01 aircraft (aka second production block)
- the J-15S image is new to me (at least it was not in my collection) but I think it shows an older prototype/preserial.

There was a series of rumors posted in 2014 that talked about the second batch of J-15s appearing between 2015-2016.
