Why is the underside so dirty?
Well, airplanes get dirty, especially bellys and undersides?? If its been to the boat, sea water is salty and especially littoral waters may be muddy and heavy with particulates, in any regard salt is "baaadd". Lots of airplanes leak fluids, and ailerons, flaps, stabilators, ruddervators, etc require hinges to be lubed liberally, in addition there is fuel, fluids, and just accumulated crud that gravity and airflows tend to concentrate on the belly, add gpu's and you have a perfect storm.
From experience it is NO fun to clean the belly! may take special solvents to loosen up that junk, and paint on the belly may be a little grainy as well, even a slight pebbled texture that makes cleaning even more challenging?

There might be a lot of top-notch technology in the J-15 production of parts, perhaps in Ti printing heavily loaded parts, but you won't see anything of that in these photographs.

You are right, at least to me ... its nothing. But trained and professional staff could tell a lot just from the photographs
