First it won’t be EW coz it’s not Chinese. I think J15D is more possible as D for 电-dian, means electric, electronic

So, IMO this is the confirmation that it will be a long time before kj-600 will enter service. Do you think that china only start development of kj-600 last year, or it started prior to 2017?

The Chinese Army newspaper "PLA Daily" finally confirms the date of the first take-off and night landing of the J-15s on the Liaoning aircraft carrier, which actually took place in late 2017. The event was only reported officially only five months later.
