IMO it is too early to say ... some reports (IMO so far rumours) suggest a new 14t version of the WS-10 sometimes called WS-10G. However I really don't know.

Was that rumor from WantChinaTimes...?
No, from forums. Difficult to validate, though someone from SAC did say that there was a 14 ton variant of the Taihang at Zhuhai 2014 in an interview. My guess is that that information is a composite from information derived in that interview and the persistent rumours of some kind of WS-10G (which I'm pretty sure isn't real).

To clarify, I'm not saying the 14 ton Taihang variant isn't real. Information from these types of interviews are usually very credible. The G designation on the other hand is another matter.

So the WS-10A onboard the single-seat J-11Bs are 5% less powerful than the original AL-31?

Are you assuming that because you're taking the 12000kgf as the thrust for WS-10A?
I'm not sure what the context of the placard is, but they could be talking about the present "family" of WS-10s... possibly where the most powerful has thrust of 14000kgf while the least powerful is 12000kgf.
WS-10A could sit anywhere between those two, and a number for its top thrust has been suggested at 13200kgf.
12000kgf could refer to the initial WS-10 that was not used on any platform.
