J-10 Thread IV

The recent J-10s, in their own way, actually look better than the J-20s. Very clean, lack of abrupt surface breaks for subsystems.

and here we have a difference of opinion, J-10 or J-20, I definitely prefer anything with twin engines, though I would note that my initial reaction to the J-20 was similar to my initial reaction to the F-22, I definitely preferred the clean simple sleek look of 4+ generation airplanes, and the F-35/J-20 do look a little "dumpy"

however, after watching the F-22 fly, (I just saw my second flight demoit last Saturday),,, it is so impressive, so impressive, and the old engineering adage, "form follows function", may also apply in the inverse, function certainly makes some airplanes much more beautiful..

So the Euro Canards/J-10 have taken a while to "grow on me", but they are very pretty airplanes, my favorite being the Typhoon, love those cool distant coupled canards and twin engines...

and finally, I like the "primer birds" the best, they just have a functional distinct kool appearance, and the J-20 looks very sweet in primer, it really has grown on me, and I have a die cast flying mule J-20 on my dresser on a pedestal, accompanied by the other beauty the Su-57.

Is this the nozzle that everyone keeps talking about in the J-20 engine thread? It doesn't have 16 or 18 petals. It has exactly 15 just like the other photo of this nozzle and the cartoon drawings. So the TVC nozzle is same nozzle as what WS-15 will receive?
