Most of all said to be a new avionics suite around the new AESA radar replacing the PESA in the B-model ... the powerplant however is still the AL-31FN Series 3.

Minor structural changes, more composites - Quite Possible
WS-10B - No.
J-10C so far spotted only with AL31FN Series 3. WS-10B has only been spotted in 2x J-10B (#0154 & #0155) when it comes to production models. We haven't seen any other WS-10B powered productions planes.
How many J-10Cs have we spotted so far? Also, are J-10C/B currently in service?
As far as I know 55 J-10B and - if 2-42 is the most recent one - 42 J-10C ... so these are now 97 second generation J-10s.
Sadly no more info on their units since months. :-(

Good question ... as far as the rumours say, at least each a regiment within the
J-10B:
- 170. Brigade FTTC with 78x1x serials (confirmed) ... max 7 aircraft (?)
- 2. Division with 10x3x serials (confirmed) ... 24 aircraft (?)
- 19. Division with 30x0x serials (most likely) ... 24 aircraft (?)
= 55 aircraft (would fit to all Batch 01)
J-10C:
- 44. Division with 50x5x serials (most likely) ... 24 aircraft (?)
= 24 aircraft + 18 so far not assigned maybe !?
