Pardon ??? .... maybe I don't understand, what's Your post, but even if the J-10B was in production for only one batch, the J-10C was the second batch "second-generation" J-10s ...and now the C follows.
At least IMO nothing special.

Sorry, i mean it :
Despite the existence of the J-10C, J-10B always in production ?

In general new variants, blocks replace others, curious if they build again J-10B less capable without an AESA radar who equip J-10C or price question by ex LM build always F-16C/D Block 50/52 and also E/F Block 60/61 coz the last is more sophisticated/expensive but rare.

Indeed .. You beat me by a few minutes:
At first sight a regular J-10B ready for delivery with again its serial not applied .. however what's interesting !!?? That unpainted twin-seater in the background with the technicians standing around. IMO this one seems to have a WS-10... maybe a J-10B/C-twin-seater ... maybe even the J-10D ???

At least the Chinese flag hiding something important ...

Here a bit larger:

Is it just me or does the yellow-skinned JF-17 in the top-left corner have a slightly more "angular" nose?

Most likely it's just the LED lighting above the ceiling of the hangar that shines on its nose to give it an optical illusion that appears more 'angular' IMO.

We would have to presume that the production of the J-10C at Chengdu and the varius Flanker types at Shenyang are all in full swing. So why do we see and hear so little pictures and news about it ? Not to mention the induction of these planes into the PLAAF and the active units that are being set up.

Could the reason be lack of reliable WS-10 engines for J-10C?
