Interesting information on Chemical Stores in Syria from the Chief of Staff for Russia's Armed Forces. Obviously its from the Russian perspective, but at least its not an 'unnamed official' or dodgy source like 'The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights'.

He makes a few important points that he says is verified by the OPCW related to control of facilities and use of chemical weapons in country. I highlighted some of the key things he was quoted as saying, but Google Translate still needs work with Russian:

Yes, but all this has provided a very welcome, I am sure, distraction from the Coalition efforts in Iraq to liberate the old city area of Mosul, which was proving difficult due to the high civilian population and the ISIS use of Human Shields.

For a terrorist organisation, made something this grade is...sophiciated, if not for the non standardised calibres and tubes, but Armburst-ish carrying handle+grip and printed instructions on the tube? The tweet said it's locally made at Mosul, and nothing more provided.
