This lion was confiscated from his Chinese owner in Phnom Penh then sent to a zoo in Phnom Tamao, some 40km from Phnom Penh. Don't know why, the lion refused to eat for two days and they his owner there for a reunion, together with his childhood companion, the dog. In Cambodia it is illegal to raise wild animals.
