How to post Youtube videos on this channel?

Hi, I am going to post many videos on Chinese defence forces from my youtube channel, but I can't figure out how to post an embedded youtube video on this site, can someone please shed some light? Also how do I change my Avatar to my own custom made one, don't seem to have permission to do that. Perhaps I need to wait for a little while?
