Your annoucement seems optimistic even with in more some in production or delivered and i am on a rate of 6/year

Mentioned in article "central theatre" and Wugong is in that theater. Plus also mentioned that's the regiment Xi visited in 2015. The regiment just started equipping H6K at the time.
OK but too big difference with production number, cuz in this case 75 in service about, 4 x 18 + some for tests and we have 56 + some... for me on the pic one other Rgt.

well，maybe they just disclosed this regiment so we don't have sn yet. The news I posted mentioned Xi visited the regiment in 2015. And here is the video for 2015 visit
So the regiment equipped H6K in two years.
Finaly taking a look on GE very recent vieww 03/2017 and much birds with old retired to the left/West
