You typically use vertical test stands for testing liquid rockets. One example is SpaceX's test stand at McGregor. Unlike solid rockets you are using liquid fuel.

It still can be done. The fuel/oxidizer can still be pressurized in the same way as it is done in the usual rocket engine test stand.

Vertical Test Stand for a rocket that powerful will entail the complexity and cost of building the rocket engine flame trench as well.

Yes, I know. I am trying to show that even if the test stand/tested liquid engine is horizontally mounted (almost), the fuel/oxidizer can still be pressurized in some way.
even if a horizontal test stand is technically possible, it is not possible to have it ready in 2023 as the post stated. It is nowhere to be seen right now.

It is common today to do a wet dress rehearsal and stage hold-down test before launching a new rocket. Some claim the stage hold-down test is sufficient and you do not need to test the stage on its own test stand.
are you suggesting a hold-down test rig that can withstand the full lift off thrust of a 7 engine bundle within 2023? We must be able to see its construction already now.

has successfully completed a hot run of its LY-70 LOX/Methane engine connected to a stainless steel propellant tank developed by Beijing Jianyuan Technology (箭元科技). The propellant tank is low-cost, re-usable, and has a diameter of 4.2m.

近日,光年探索(江苏)空间技术有限公司研制的不锈钢加筋胀形贮箱首件产品成功出厂。该贮箱基于其自主研发的加筋单向胀形工艺研制,直径2.25米,总长6.4米,壳体厚度低至1.0mm,椭球底最小厚度低至0.8mm,设计室温内压强度0.7MPa,轴压强度2600kN,具备液体贮箱所需的全部功能。

光年探索称,该产品在国际上首次突破了高强度不锈钢加筋筒段制造技术,结构轻量化水平与铝合金贮箱相当,可完全替代铝合金机铣网格加筋贮箱,并实现工业化、低成本制造,为更大尺寸贮箱的研制奠定了技术基础。与其2022年底研制成功的不锈钢光壳胀形贮箱搭配使用,可满足任意型号液体火箭对贮箱的使用要求。

According to Lightyear Exploration, this product has broken through the manufacturing technology of high-strength stainless steel reinforced cylinder section for the first time in the world. Industrialization and low-cost manufacturing have laid a technical foundation for the development of larger size storage tanks. Used in conjunction with the stainless steel light-shell bulging storage tank successfully developed at the end of 2022, it can meet the use requirements of any type of liquid rocket for the storage tank.
