In my opinion, TikTok is fantastic once you use it for more than a day. The algorithm needs some time to figure out the type of content you like. Once it does, it'll be hard to find better content elsewhere.

Tik Tok is the sound of a single braincell bouncing off the inside of a skull.

You need one to keep scrolling down but anything more is reduntant.

Tik Tok Tik Tok Tik Tok...

That is pretty big if true.

"In the most recent test on Thursday, the UUV reportedly detonated a warhead underwater against a mock enemy port off Hongwon Bay between the east coast cities of Hamhung and Sinpho, after “cruising along an oval and pattern-8 course at an underwater depth of 80 to 150 meters [262 to 492 feet] in the East Sea of Korea for 59 hours and 12 minutes.”"

The whole deal about the Poseidon is that it uses a nuclear reactor as a power source and so it basically has unlimited range. If it is true they have a clone of the Poseidon, then North Korea has compact nuclear reactors. Which can not only be used in nuclear powered torpedos, but also midget subs and the like.

The UK has become as unsafe as India these days. Public shaming and harassment of women.

Bullying and spewing racial slurs at two Nepalese British sisters in their home town.
“I did not know or recognize any members of the public filming, but instead of them trying to keep us safe we were mocked like animals,” Gurung said about the bystanders.

"This is when I realized we’re not welcome in the country we were brought up in.

I never thought my hometown would be where I feel unsafe. I worked in the Superdry in town, and it made me realize the customers I was helping one day could be the people attacking me the next."

Her school failed to understand the seriousness of this attack, and her peers have shown lack of compassion. Instead, Mary has been ostracized even more.

"My dad is an ex-veteran, a Gurkha, a Nepali soldier with alliance with the British Embassy. He has fought for our country."

They are designed to shore up the bank's capital ratio, pay high interest, and be the first to be wiped out when the bank is in trouble. People who buys those bonds are gambling that they will be bailed out.
No. Its common practise that shareholders are wiped out first. That's why there is so much noise and dissatisfaction with Switzerland now and all these Asian clients are withdrawing money. Nobody wants to have their money in that unreliable country

No. It is indeed common practice that shareholders are wiped out first. Until this type of bonds got invented. The noise and dissatisfaction is coming from gamblers who want to be bailed out now that they've lost their money.

AT1s rank higher than shares in the capital structure of a bank. If a bank runs into trouble, bondholders will rank above shareholders in terms of getting their money back.

In Switzerland, the bonds' terms state, however, that in a restructuring, the financial watchdog is under no obligation to adhere to the traditional capital structure, which is how bondholders lost out in the Credit Suisse situation.
