“We are a small business. We try not to complain, we try to adapt,” said Mr. Fazackerley. By moving manufacturing away from China, he and his wife believed they were doing what successive U.S. administrations and Congress had signaled they wanted. “And you screwed us,” he said.

nope, people don't seem to understand that the US WANTS China to sell weapons to Russia. it would be stupid for China to do that and give up its stated neutrality claim, as well as giving AUKUS cover to take a more aggressive stance on Taiwan.
How can US take a more aggressive stance on Taiwan when they have made their intentions of invasion clear, they just know they lack the capability for now? American official and non official mouth pieces have many times stated the desire to redraw the Chinese border, and they have made moves in preparation for that such as sending their leaders to meet with rebels and sending weapons. The only missing piece before the American special military operation becomes imminent would be a massive US redeployment of all assets to Asia.

The only way America could be more aggressive on Taiwan would be to not just threaten annexation, but threaten to genocide all the inhabitants of the province.

China is not donating big ticket items solely because Russia thinks they can do well enough with what they have. If China started giving whole systems to Russia, the Russian arms industry could likely say goodbye to any future influence. And Russia would also lose prestige as direct parallels are drawn between them and Ukraine.

It is China which needs to build up future Russian capabilities, in preparation for deterring conflict with America. Improving them can come after or during the Ukraine war, depending on Russian performance, but they must be improved.

Under no circumstances can Russia be considered a junior partner to China, none whatsoever.

My reasoning is simple. Russia is still a Marxist country. They still more Marxist than China, even though China calls itself a communist country, meaning China is more Marxist than Russia, even though in reality I believe the Russian mentality is more Marxist/socialist than the Chinese would ever will be.

Are there junior partners in Marxism? No, that is exploitation!

Junior partners and vassals, exist to be exploited!

Russia and China relations are based on equal partnership based on principles of the win-win.

When Putin and Xi declared an unlimited friendship at the Beijing Winter Olympics games, that was what they meant, a friendship of equals. Under no circumstances can we believe Russia just declared itself a junior partner of China in mid February of 2022.

(Of course, by late February of 2022, Putin ordered the special military operations, well, you know, Xi did not see that one coming, but have to make the best of a uneasy situation.)

Labeling Russia a junior partner or vassal of China, has no relevance here. That is not how Russia and China see their relationship, which according to Marxism, it is a relationship of equals.

That is why most of the world outside of the West who still hold imperialistic impulses, the rest of the Global South would prefer not to be exploited in these Western lead power relationships, and since the Global South more Marxist leaning in their outlook, are very receptive to what China has to say and to what China has to offer.

Honduras did not switch sides to recognize China to be a junior partner, they did it so they can try to release themselves from under the shadow of US hegemony.

That is the difference. Honduras is a junior partner to America, but Honduras is an equal to China.

Russia isn't marxist.

The ITAR restrictions are outdated and taking a toll on the US space industry. Chinese and European companies are avoiding them with special product lines that use no American parts.

Following the "The West is all about projection" rule:
The US had done just that, in the early days of the space race. The CIA briefly stole the Soviet Luna-3 moon probe while it was on display in Mexico, returning the spacecraft after partially dismantling and photographing its interior.

Let me tell you something. If the US continues in this route US tech will become something you don't touch. It comes with too many restrictions and unless you only do business with only US-approved nations you can lose access anytime. And it has been becoming worse and worse. The US just "national security and human rights" everything. They don't even provide explanations.

Lol, what are you smoking? Marxism means the means of production belongs to the proletariat. Is that true in Russia or even in USSR back then or they just belongs to corrupt oligarchs and bureaucrats. Russia or USSR is not Marxist by any means. Also why does a Marxist country means they are equal to China? Do you think Laos and Vietnam is equal to China? Doctrine does not matters. Power, money and tech are all that matter.

You know there is a new world order by just looking at how hard those two guys are laughing in the background.

I am not sure what could be laughing matter but this can contribute to it seeing how closely Russia watch these two countries.
Germany seem is running out of money. so it is raising other issues and in response Seymor Hersh is not leaving Scholz alone on
nordstream. This is attack on integrity of German political system.

strangest thing is Mexico president raising nordstream which is not position you would expect consider his political leanings. Some one must have briefed Putin that Mexican president value this thing. this is quality of intelligence.

The Mexican president, through his new book "Halfway", narrated how two of the most influential politicians in the world came to his aid.
“When I was infected with COVID-19, I received, among other expressions of solidarity from Mexicans and friends from other countries, a call, which gave me great pleasure, from the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin , who, in contrast to his reputation as a tough man, He offered with generous insistence to send a group of medical specialists to Mexico to treat me and, even more, at the end of the conversation he told me that he would pray for me."
