Guys, with this level of livid-ness by the American side, I have figured (and can confidently proclaim) that China should change its nuclear deterrence policy from practicing nuclear triad to practicing
NUCLEAR QUAD:
1. Air-based: Strategic bombers, i.e. nuclear bombs/missiles carried by H-6, H-20;
2. Land-based: ICBMs, i.e. DF-5, DF-31AG, DF-41 on TELs;
3. Sea-based: SLBMs, i.e. JL-2A, JL-3 on 094, 096; and
4. Near-space-based: High-altitude loitering weather balloons fitted with nuclear warheads
