The pylon beside the KD88 seems to be a dual rack.
Are those the dual racks that carries two rockets launchers? Because that would be something we have seen several times before on CCTV7 or other official Chinese military photos.

But if those dual racks are for PGMs, especially guided bombs, than that would be very interesting.

There's really no way for us to distinguish if a weapons pylon/rack is PGM capable or not.

That dual rack looks like the same dual rack we've seen before that's been used for rocket launchers.

So I wouldn't say that picture is anything interesting from that pov.

Keep in mind, weapons pylons are often multirole as well, it's not like a guided weapon needs a separate externally visibly different pylon to what an unguided weapon uses.


For all we know, that dual pylon is also capable of carrying PGMs, but that does us no good.

Pictures of PGMs in PLA service (loaded on an aircraft, or shown at an operational base setting) is the only real way of giving us evidence as to what PGMs may be in use.
