If they are going for province with significant sea influence there is only Guangdong or Taiwan left. Hainan is taken. If they go North again there is jiangsu. After that only Beijing is left of any significance.

Neither is Beijing. Both are direct administered municipalities on par with province in seniority.

Actually there are four mega cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing, which are treated as provinces.

They are called 省级直辖市, literally 'provincial-level cities under direct administration of the central government'.

So these four cities are qualified for naming an aircraft carrier.

So, all these circled bits seem to be type 1130 guns. They look too wide to be hhq10 launchers. Which likely means that hhq10 aren't installed yet.

The question now being - where will the hhq10 go? Will we see two launchers, like on shandong, or will each quadrant of the ship get a hhq10 launcher? And if that happens, where will other launchers be placed? Like decoy/anti torpedo defenses? If there will indeed be as many as 4 guns and 4 missile launchers around the ship, then there'll not be too much space left over for defense aids...
