So if we remember the tainted baby formula scandal in China about 10 or so years ago...
Americans were patting themselves on the back and laughing at "Chinese greed", and saying "it would never happen in America, we value life over profits!"
So now we have Abbott Nutrition that had a dirty baby formula manufacturing facility and was warned about it by the FDA already. Still they didn't do anything and children died.
Of course the warning did not stop them from declaring dividends

A lot of people associate Sri Lanka with India, where lynching and social disorder like above are daily occurrences. But Sri Lanka is quite different, they have a more educated and civilised population and are more economically developed.

Jesus, the entire West is frighteningly devolving into police states with all the type of laws, boards and policies they've been passing. Now what's missing is the increasing occurrence of secret polices and taskforces jailing and torturing dissidents.

In eastern Europe that's already happening.

In the west they've limited it to censorship of media and in particular social media.

NATO is a mess right now. You've got France who first basically surrendered to Russia and are implying Ukraine is never going to join the EU (the only reason Ukrainians are fighting) and are making peace with China by not whining about the Ukraine.

On the other hand the UK has basically decided to ignore America by trying to hook Sweden and Finland into NATO artificially by creating bilateral alliances. Now they're trying to start a conflict with China. All NATO nations fall somewhere in between these two extremes.

All lead by Biden who's main priorities is to not sh!t himself or say something stupid the few times he's brought out for a public appearance.

So much for being the most powerful alliance in history.
