As I mentioned before, if the USA does something like this and steals like this in such a cowardly manner, should a nuke end up going off in the USA, well one can imagine that the Russian oligarch and those in the Russian military and leadership might have decided that if the USA cannot be reasoned with and will not stop these attacks on Russian people who did t do anything wrong and also have the gall to discount everything that the west has done to harm Russia, then I guess they can only be reasoned with in hellfire and no amount of lying, cheating and stealing is going to outsmart those. I doubt the USA is remotely prepared for a corner bear when the one doing the cornering has discovered that they are all out of weapons and that the current weapons used didn’t strike anything important. If anyone has seen the movie grizzly man, more can imagine the ending and like that moron in that story, the USA has also been given endless warnings, thus they only have themselves to blame, if they are still around to blame anyone that is

That's obvious. Chinese are not the same species as the supreme Americans. Obviously research made on mice is more credible to them than research made on actual human beings.

You need a dedicated launch platform and it basically uses a miniature nuclear reactor as the power source for propulsion.
The technology might be interesting as they expand its uses. But right now it is a really expensive weapon system and US ABM isn't good enough to justify its use in lieu of ICBMs.
