Why does the PLA not use actual Holosuns and why is the domestic Holosuns name so goofy

Holosun may be trying to avoid sanctions by selling under a different brand name to the PLA. They do a lot of business in the US.

As a Police uniform I think it works better. Primarily as they are going to be expected to wear it more as daily basis and in actual work as opposed to a military service uniform where it’s more a formal setting just worn doing office work.
However The armies adopting this style Russia being more conscript based well the PLA being tied to the CCP a more “working class” image is probably being pushed. It’s likely the same reason photos of Xi and other CCP have adopted the same jacket style.
