Yeah, at first thought, it seems that way. On the other hand, enough clearance between the bar (or winglet?) and the fan blades would probably negate any adverse effect to the inlet airflow. In addition, air is being suck into the inlet and so the aerodynamics condition here is quite different from that of the airflow over the wings.

according to last year issue of kanwa, russia do offer backfire bomber to China,the money earn from the deal will use to finance the next generation of bomber.
most of TU-26M were constructed in 1990,but the Chinese inspector found out that some of component no longer available,and the Russian has no intend to reopen the production line,combine with high maintainance and logistic cost.force the Chinese to cancel the order.

I think both Su-24 and Tu-22M(Tu-26M?)that China dosn't want. Russia can use them to bomb U.S, but not for China,Even the bombing of Guam can not, and their radar reflectivity too much, certainly will be contained bar. Therefore modified H-6, coupled with JH7a more appropriate, I think China is the main consideration war in the Taiwan Strait, by the H-6k, Su-30mkk2 , JH-7a, navy with Sovemony destroyers, submarines and land-based missiles assistance deal with the U.S CBG may interference.
The stealth fighters are gradually, and there are also some stealth JH7a of improvement. Than buy because of TU-22m or Su-34, are wasted.

Um, isn't that the tanker version? And the thing on the right side is the refuelling pod. Should be another one under the left wing as well...

Ye, you can see from the nose it's the tanker version of the H-6, not the latest H-6K.
