The headquarters of the Azov special detachment in Mariupol were hit with the Tochka-U tactical missile system by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, according to the DPR People’s Militia.
According to the report, more than 20 militants were killed.
“The location of the headquarters of a separate special purpose detachment “Azov” in the south-west of Mariupol was struck by the armed forces of Ukrainewith the “Tochka-U” tactical missile system. As a result of the strike, more than 20 militants and 10 pieces of equipment were destroyed,” the report says.
The attack was a result of the contradictions between the UAF command and commanders of the Azov battalion.
Members of the Azov nationalist battalion, who are now blockaded in the city of Mariupol, reportedly refuse to obey and coordinate their actions with the command of the Ukrainian Army.

This war just got weirder. If Ukranians still have Tochkas, why aren't they using them on Russian positions? What about the civilians that were still stuck in Mariupol? I thought the Azov Battalion weren't really nazis? Who fires a missile against an entire battalion of their own soldiers because their command isn't obeying orders?
This news and the fact that America has for the first time called out Ukrainian propaganda about the nuclear power plant indicates something has changed behind the scenes.
I hope Putin hasn't backed down and made a deal with the Ukrainians that will let the regime get off scot free.
NATO is definitely getting ready to abandon Ukraine. Expect all western media outlets to now suddenly realise how bad and evil the Azov Battalion were after all, and how maybe the Russians weren't totally in the wrong....

Aren't there both regular UAF and Azovs in Mariupol? If this report is true there will be huge infighting among those already under siege by the Russians, and Ukraine could just tear itself apart. This is from the DPR though so they might just be trying to sow discord among those under siege. I think this fits Russia's strategy of trying to split the extreme nationalists/neo nazis from the rest of the population.
This makes sense now why the KZHstan escalation happened a few months ago. It was an attempt to light a fire in RUS rear to distract them.
