this guy looks too fat to be a soldier but haircut and firing stance also checks out, retired?
Every few pages we have someone remarking that a person is too fat or too skinny.
Can we all collectively exercise a bit more restraint and discipline and avoid making remarks that are non constructive and off topic?
Ok, now they are just messing with us. But we've finally got the see the QBU 191 in a video for the first time. That partially makes up for the cencorship.

Honestly the best-looking variant of the three. Also, even though it's blurred, it definitely looks free-floating.
