At 19:13, December 29, Beijing time, a CZ-2D rocket successfully lofted a Tianhui-4 satellite. This launch marks the 404th flight of the Long March series of rockets.

Why do you say so?
Moon's gravity is 1.62 m/s^2
Earth's gravity is about 9.81 m/s^2

A 100 kg Earth object, would weight 16.6 kg in Moon
Thats a substantial difference
