The equivalent of doing it to the American would be if America finally decides foolishly to go to war against China and nato, and asean choose to stay neutral
China has already said it will punish those involved. Pakistan is now pointing out at Indian intelligence RAW being involved with certain Afgan intelligent operatives. I suppose China is also carrying out its own investigation and will come to the conclusion soon. It will be interesting to see how China punish or bring to justice those involved.
So, can we expect black bag ops to kidnap Jaishankar and the head of RAW and extraditing them to China to stand trial for murder and terrorism?

The North Atlantic Pact (NAP) , also known as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the "west", is a Anglo-American project and foreign policy tool first and foremost. The de-facto leader of this organization is the Neocon/Neolib US, given the organization's funding distribution and command structure. It amazes me that so many people still fall for the same old Anglo-American misinformation and propaganda tricks. The NAP was never , at any point in time, been an "equal member society". When i hear calls that the US should "leave" the NAP , i just roll my eyes. If the US decided to leave its pet-project , the NAP would cease to exist within a short amount of time. The US will never "leave" or abandon this tool because it would seriously diminish its control over its European satellite/vassal states.
What I fear is, as the US desperation towards a changing world increases, that the US might miscalculate catastrophically by either crossing the line in Europe , in Asia or in both theaters. Believing that its satellite/vassal states in the NAP will continue to support its aggressive and malign behavior in Europe and Asia could embolden the Neocon/Neolib US to cross a red line. I sincerely hope it does not come to that and that even the most far-right (really fascist) nut jobs (i.e. Pompeo, Cotton, Rubio, Cruz,etc.) in the Neocon/Neolib US will come to their senses before it gets too far. But maybe just in the case of Nazi Germany , the leadership of the Neocon/Neolib US might be "too far gone" to be reasoned with, especially after they have doubled down on believing their own lies and general BS.
I sincerely hope that my observation and statement is just a hyperbole.
If i was a gambling man, i'd say that this would be grounds for India's expulsion from SCO, given that SCO is explicitly meant to combat terrorism.
Is this China officially recognizing Pakistan's initial findings?
It would be interesting to see what happens when the investigations prove conclusively of RAW and NDS involvement in the Dasu terrorist attack. Off course China and Pakistan needs to present the evidence first.
I feel that China already knows that Afghanistan's NDS is involved. Probably that's why China is de-facto recognising the Taliban as the incoming govt of Afghanistan. Punishing India is a different game, so it'll require substantial evidence.
Anyway is the NDS really an 'Afghan' intelligence? How do they get the funding to do the things they do? I think the NDS is a tentacle of the CIA. A convinient way to set up a branch in Afghanistan and to act as the fall guy when China starts looking around.
Shows how pathetic most of Eastern Europe is. A bunch of fake countries with no independent thought. In the past it was the Nazis, then the USSR, then NATO.
They were all piling in on Russia because US strong, Russia weak.
They know China is the next big deal, so as soon as China puts a bit of pressure on them they fold.
China should continue ignoring them so they serve as a lession to the rest of them.
